What's love, I mean what's discipline got to do with it? Well, my friend it has everything to do with it.
Stregthened Discipline is one of the 6 essential skills we all must learn to manage and manage well if we're going to succeed in life. Discipline is the foundation for all of what we do in life, and it's impact on our ability to maintain our motivation is legendary. Well, maybe not legendary, but it's pretty darn important. Without strong self-discipline we're destined to become distracted and fall off the wagon when things get tough, or heck, even when things are easy.
Discipline works wonders because it pushes us to stay committed to things that fall outside of our comfort zone. When you're utilizing self-discipline your brain will override those thoughts and behaviors that you know won't be of benefit to your goals.
The short and skinny: Strong self-discipline helps you achieve your goals with less stress and a cleaner shot to the goal. (a lil basketball lingo from a former player!) Weak self-discipline helps you... well, stay WEAK!
- Are you a procrastinator to the point that it hinders you from moving towards your goals & dreams?
- Are you a dreader? You dread this, you dread that. Dread rules you?
- Are you choosing your behaviors instead of being ruled by them?

If you answered yes than WooHoo! your self-discipline is strong. But, if you answered no than, I suggest you hustle yourself intoa great training camp! There's hope for you. All is not lost.
